If you have questions about enrolling or how to change health plans you can visit the CHIP/Medicaid Web site to find out more information.

You can download an application or call Texas Children’s Health Plan at
1-800-990-8247 and we’ll send you one.

Visit the Health and Human Services Commission Web site to learn more about the CHIP and Medicaid programs. Or read the Consumer Guide to Better Health Care.
 


Keeping your family healthy

Texas Children’s Center for Childhood Injury Prevention offers tips on keeping you child safe at home, in the car and at play.

Use the BMI calculator to find out if your family is at a healthy weight.

Texas Children’s Hospital’s parent resource center has lots of information on how to keep your family healthy, happy and safe.
